How 3 peers were inspired to create 3 Piers.

Three lifelong friends from a fishing community 25 miles southwest of New Orleans grew up hunting and fishing in Bayou Des Allemands, where the bounty of seafood is tremendous and of outstanding quality. 
 
The love for their community and desire to share their passion for cooking by offering local seafood and ingredients inspired a hometown market. By personally sourcing seafood, they ensure freshness and sustainability while supporting local fishermen and providing some of the best seafood in the country
 
3 Piers is a hometown seafood market built on the bayou where they were born. The seafood market represents the friends’ gratitude, joy, and dedication to their community, while preserving and honoring the traditions and treasures of South Louisiana’s fishing culture.

White Shrimp, Brown Shrimp, Royal Reds only from the Gulf of Mexico

CRABs

Blue Crabs from the coastal regions of Louisiana outlining the Gulf of Mexico

OYSTERS

Louisiana oysters sourced from the coastal regions of Louisiana and Texas

CRAWFISH

Louisiana crawfish are sourced from the spillway (atchafalya basin) and local ponds/farms. Frozen crawfish tails are sourced from Louisiana ponds.

CATFISH

All of our catfish are wild-caught, from Louisiana waters (most commonly from fresh water bayous and lakes)

ALLIGATOR

American alligator sourced from local bayous, lakes, and farms in Louisiana
